Before you start — how to measure

Use a soft tapeA tailor’s tape, not a metal one. Measure over a thin T-shirt — never over a hoodie or tracksuit.

Snug, not tightThe tape should lie flat. You should be able to slide one finger under it.

Body vs. lengthChest, waist and hip are the body itself. Lengths are how long you want the jersey, sleeve or shorts.

Stand relaxedFeet together, arms by the side, breathing normally. Round to the nearest 0.5.
